How do I shop on Soxy?

There are 2 ways to shop on Soxy. One is with the retailer, the other is on Soxy using our concierge service. Please note that the concierge service is not available for all retail partners.

When you arrive on a product page, you will have the option to be redirected to the retailer's website to complete your purchase, or given the option to "buy now" using Soxy’s own checkout.

If you are directed to the retailer's website:

Select your size, color and add the item to your cart on the retailer's page.
Follow the on-site instructions to complete your purchase.
All confirmation and shipping emails will be sent by the retailer directly.

2. If you have the option to 'buy now':

Select your preference (size, color, etc.) and continue with the checkout process.
Enter your payment details and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
Soxy will send an email as soon as your order has been received.

Please note that for any amendments, cancellations, or returns, you will need to contact the retailer directly. To do so, visit the Customer Care section on the retailer's website to get their contact information. When communicating with the retailer, be sure to include your order reference number, full name, email address used to place the order, and billing address."
