After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the item is shipped from our partner store, we will send another email notification.

Once your item has been dispatched, the retailer who is handling the shipment of your order will send you delivery and tracking information. In the unlikely event that there is an error with your order, Soxy will still send you an email notification.
